Creamy, carefully whipped mashed potatoes, made with meltingly soft potatoes, butter and a splash of milk for a soft, smooth and comforting result. The perfect side for all sorts of dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes (Ratte variety) I used Normandeline potatoes here.
- 250 g cold unsalted butter
- 300 cl milk
